Load these onto an iPod, hand it to a busy school administrator, and say, “Here are some presentations that I think you’ll enjoy while you’re exercising or driving around. After you’ve listened to a few, let me know what you think!”

I'm surprised Seth Godin isn't on your list. If I'm not mistaken, you showed a clip from his first TED talk when I saw you speak last year. Now he's got a new one - all about leadership: http://www.ted.com/index.php/talks/seth_godin_on_the_tribes_we_lead.html

@Mike: Yes, I'm a HUGE fan of Seth Godin! I've read every book he has, subscribe to his blog, and try to track down every video of his also. I noted that video earlier this month.
The reason I left Godin's TED videos off, as well as some other of my favorite TED videos (e.g., Jeff Han, Hans Rosling), is because I didn't think K-12 administrators would find them as relevant to their jobs, teaching and learning, and/or the overall changes we're seeing that are impacting schools as the ones I noted in the post.
Now, if administrators catch the TED bug and want to watch more...!
