The second annual Education Blogosphere Survey is now open for business! 4 screens. 25 questions.
Please use the link and/or the graphic and help spread the call for participants. Last year 160 edubloggers participated. Let's see if we can at least double that this year?
You can see last year's call for participation and survey results to get a sense of how I'm going to report out this year.
Thanks to everyone who contributed ideas for questions and a HUGE THANKS in advance to anyone and everyone who helps publicize this!
Deadline = January 26, 11:00pm, (GMT-06:00) Central Time (US & Canada)
I got to the second question (How much time per week do you spend blogging (in minutes)?) and I wanted something clarified . . . By blogging, do you mean reading, commenting, and writing or just writing your own blog?
Thanks in advance for the clarification.

Whatever you consider 'blogging' for your own blog, David. That might include reading up on source material...

Ooops! Well... I interpreted that as "writing" on my own blog -- as for everything else (reading other blogs, reading news & other relevant materials that inform my blogging, twittering, f2f conversations, etc.) then the number that I entered on that question should be multiplied by 7 or 8. :)

Done. Nice job, Scott. I hope you do pull us all together for NECC! If we need a meeting location, I can certainly offer my District offices!

Question 9 hiccuped when I left one number blank then refused to let me continue. Sorry. N minus 1.

Stephanie: that's probably how I'd interpret it too, but of course there is a reading element to blogging. Not quite sure how to figure that in so will leave it to each person to decide for herself...
Michael: not quite sure what's going on with that question. Sorry you had difficulty.
Doug: I'll get you, my pretty! And your little dog too!

Hi Scott,
Like Michael, I did something wrong, not sure what, and then it kept asking me for a positive number when all the spaces were filled out. Now it won't continue. You might check your logs, I think there might be more than just two of us not able to finish.

I don't know. I am able to enter some numbers in #9 and leave others blank and continue on, so I'm not sure why you can't. I'm not sure what's going on. Dang it. This stinks.

Can I use the graphic and make the graphic a link in blogger? I haven't figured out how to do that...or is it just one or the other or both separately?
thanks.

Andrea, if you e-mail me at [email protected], I'll send you the HTML code. You just click on the 'Edit Html' tab in Blogger and paste it in...
