Local communities strongly believe that their schools are good. 'Good is the enemy of great.'

Sometimes it takes stepping outside of our field to get the perspectives needed for change to occur. There are many good schools, and even more good teachers and leaders, yet our educational systems are not great. Students have the intellectual and internal potential to be GREAT-it is up to us to create the environment for this to happen. These are powerful resources that can help us look to how that can be accomplished. Thanks for sharing!
