Good to great and the social sectors

Jim Collins has come out with a monograph that applies the lessons from Good to Great to social sector leaders (e.g., school administrators). Good to Great and the Social Sectors is a little pricey - $10 for a 36-page monograph - but, as is usual with Collins, it's superb. I highly recommend this resource for school leaders who already have read Good to Great. Also, if you have read Good to Great or Built to Last but haven't been to Collins' web site, it's worth a visit.
